That’s a bit of a broad question. The industry isn’t what it used to be. Like once upon a time, Clemenger BBDO was that agency and now it’s a shadow of its former self. Bear Meets Eagle is doing well but it’s so small you might not get a look in. BMF and Monkeys were great before the founders sold. Mergers are affecting agencies there too rn so a lot of jobs are disappearing. Then there’s smaller independents like SuperMassive and Thinkerbell. Which agencies are you interested in?

Really into Bear Meets Eagle, even though I know it’s a long shot since they are so small. Also looked into Motion Sickness and Colenso in New Zealand.
I think lots of agencies are doing nice pieces of work, but wondering how it is to work over there. If it’s super toxic with crazy long hours and working on weekends, or if it’s healthy in general
