HRBP hiring in India is set to jump 11% in 2026.

Companies aren't replacing old HR roles. They're eliminating generalist positions and upgrading to strategic HRBPs.

I've seen this shift firsthand - business leaders no longer want someone who knows HR policies. They want someone who can walk into a P&L review and immediately connect workforce gaps to revenue impact.

Honest question - how many of you had a business leader actually treat you as a strategic partner vs just the HR person ?

Just secured a legit ft new grad tech role starting in july not big tech. Should I keep applying all these highly leveraged companies are rescinding offers so im worried about mine even though its a stable company.

The stress of this job ruined my life.
The stress has lead to an eating disorder that I can’t get control of. I’ve lost 25 pounds since starting at the firm two and a half years ago. I am 20 pounds less than I was in high school...
