Anyone use Navy Federal Credit Union as their mortgage lender? How long did it take them to close? They are claiming 45-60 day closing right now. Is this true? I can't imagine taking that long to close. I can't see how a seller would agree to that. Thoughts?

I have an offer for a newly created collections strategy project manager at a mid sized credit union for $95k, 7-9% bonus, and 3 weeks PTO.

I did ask to go up to $100k, but was told my offer was already above the target range.

Was given a copy of my first evaluation from administration (this is my fourth year working for the school district). Admin didn't know that I went to central office the spring semester of my second year to get a copy of that eval.
When looking at both evals, I found that Admin changed some things after I got my copy which lowered my overall score. Went to my union rep about it, and now I have a conference with my principal. Did I do the right thing, or should I have just let it be?

Giving notice next week - I plan to give notice to my main partner in person and call 3 others who are in another office who I have a lot of cases with. I have a bunch of partners who I have only one case with and don’t see/speak to much (and who are in another office) - is it ok just to email them? For context, I’m an NYC actor with 6+ years of experience spanning nationally recognized regional theatre credits, audiobooks narrations with large publishing houses and one primetime network tv role.
