After Appraisal, company haven't shared updated offer letter (with new salary), it's been 2+ months now.
If I start searching for new job, will that HR ask about recent offer letter? Or only salary slips are enough?

Hello people, how common is a Amazon to PWC move ?
I’m interviewing for a Senior Associate role and TC seems to be more competitive than role in L5.
TC $114k- Base AMZ- $73k +$38kstocks ( vesting 17k$ due next year)
TC $135k Base PWC -$81$ + Bonuses ( 50k$)
Looking for managerial skills which the PWC role avails, and L6 promo doesn’t seem to be happening soon in current role. I’m also mentally stretched. I hear WLB in PWC is just as busy but can anyone confirm if this move makes any sense. Google Amazon

Hi All, My Junior has decided to put paper, as she wanted to pursue Cdac course from Sept-22. She just informed that she signed a bond of 2 years and currently she has completed 1.7 years in HCL. What should she do now? Results is on 10-aug and she decided to put paper on that day itself (Earlier she told the same to Sr. manager) Kindly suggest if any action would be taken by HCL OR No experience letter would be shared with her. What is human capital consulting?
Respectfully, human capital is a waste at most companies. They bog staff down with unnecessary admin details, screen out good potential employees when they have no clue what the job entails & if any employee is dumb enough to consult with them about an interpersonal conflict at work, it immediately becomes a topic of gossip for the HC staff. Sorry, HC is a waste of resources.
From my experience, it’s HR (also known as human capital) consulting dealing with things such as managing risks, payroll processes, diversity and inclusion metrics, and implementations of race based discrimination without violating current labor laws in order to create diversity and equity within the organization. This increases the ESG score of the company and thus attracts greater institutional investment.
Possibly as an HR Director or VP.
You need at least Director to break into $200k base in the non-consulting non-FAANG real world
OP are you a OCM M at D?
Was curious. Ppl always say HC is a lower paid offering but I don't find that to be true entirely
