I agree with the terrible sentiment about Accenture on here. I got an offer many months ago and still have no communication from my recruiter on a start date. What a god awful way of welcoming people into their new company. Dodged a bullet.

My bank (boutique - ~20 people) is looking to hire an experienced analyst (1-2+ years of FDD, Valuation, Equity Research, or IB experience). Must be in NYC. Pay is exactly what you’d see as market on the Surveys on insta & hours prob around 80.
Driven solely by crazy flow. Figured I’d post here as I’ve gotten some really good networking contacts on here so figured I’d pay it forward. Feel free to shoot me a message if interested, but would be absolutely expected to hit the ground running

Under contract to buy my first home - house hacking a triplex. Property has been leased by the same three tenants for the last 5+ yrs, rents haven’t been raised since they moved in. Market rents have risen 70-100% in the same timeframe. All seem like ideal tenants (retired and take great care of the units) but I’d like advice on how to approach the rent increase conversation. Rents don’t make/break my mortgage payment but I’m leaving a lot on the table if I don’t increase significantly.

Hi all! I’m looking for some insight as I’m thinking through the possibility of moving away from John Deere. I have 18 years with John Deere, managing anything from entire vehicle programs to smaller software or hardware feature enhancements. Prior experience in quality engineering and design engineering. I have an MS and BS. Some business consulting on the side. With the new possibilities in remote work, many new doors have opened and I’m looking for new potential challenges and opportunities.

Hello,

Currently, in accenture. I have had very bad billable hours and not much achievement this fiscal year. I am worried of getting fired, so i applied for another job. Got offered may be 5% above my current pay with 5k bonus, but in lower level at Deloitte. I think working lower level will give me more opportunities to learn as i think i have lot to learn. I made decision based on my gut and accepted the offer. I have not talked to anyone on accenture side yet. What you think?

Not all the time or even most of the time compared to better candidates with specific experience for the role but gives you this wildcard shot at a vast array of opportunities.
