I already have some PowerPoint slide templates, but I’m looking to purchase additional professional designs. Do you have any recommendations on where to purchase these? Thanks!

Not sure about WM, but me and a my close coworkers share any and all templates, decks etc that are of good content for leverage. I would poke around internally before spending money. You can’t buy good PPT skills

I keep any and all decks I get that looks nice regardless of content. Sometimes I would even deep dive for decks on the intranet and copy over designs

For LTIMindtree I have received the offer letter and yet to accept the same, but they are soon staring background verification for onboarding as soon as I accept the offer letter.

In this case what to do pls suggest.

So i have been fortunate that i have managed to go through my career without the need for a degree. I was lucky enough to have been hired by one of the worlds top consulting firms, worked with a whole lot of big clients and travelled a lot. It's gotten to the point where I am not even asked about the lack of a degree on my resume. Personally though, it bothers me. I have a whole bunch of certifications in my industry…but just no formal degree. (cont'd)

My current role is about to be my longest (thank goodness, hitting about 2 years) but I feel like I’m not a SME in anything but I feel embarrassment for myself (Cont.)

One of the reasons I want to transition from industry to consulting (tier 1) is that I get frustrated when I have to collaborate with mediocre people. My assumption is that Tier 1 consulting firms hire really sharp people and if I can get in, I’ll be collaborating with folks on top of their game (not expecting much from clients). I’m aware there are personal aspects I need to work on like my mindset, patience etc etc, but I just get so frustrated with blatant stupidity.
