I am 11 year exp not looking for job however i am being poached by another firm for 3times of my current salary in startup for director level.

This startup is very small and job is completely remote since main office is in US. May i ask what are pros n cons for joining startup at this exp and that too remotely.

I am about to finish a 6 month bootcamp and I am a single mum. Is it realistic for me to find a remote working job or working in the office during term time (school hours) and working from home during the holidays/evenings.
