I am a Business Systems Analyst for a large fortune 500 company. There isn’t much structure to the hierarchy at the lower levels, so there is no Sr. BSA. I am not considered a Jr. BSA and have been in the role for 8 months. I am curious what salary expectations should be, as I am the only BSA for an entire business unit. I am curious if I should be making more money, but I am still relatively new so I am not sure.
