Since the promotion cycles are really slow here, I wanted to make sure that I am making the right move. Is anyone aware about the month in which the promotions become effective in Deloitte, PwC and KPMG in Italy? Also do they have the promotion cycles mid-year or just annually?

What's the salary range for Senior Associate at PwC India in Assurance? Also how many levels are there in this rank before the next promotion to Manager? Can you also share the avg years of experience required for Senior Associate?
