I am a software leader with total 13 YOE with the last 5 years in a program on SF platform and I was looking for a Sr. PM or Sr. TPM role at SF. I understand that the referral system is quite strong at SF. Any other ideas on how to get my foot into SF? I applied to many positions but never heard back from the SF recruiters even when my experience was relevant for the role. Also any ideas of the salary levels for Sr. PM/TPM?
