I am an auditor with EY Germany and currently hold job offers from Deloitte and PwC based in Germany. I was expecting a promotion this year, however it has been delayed. The promotion cycles are usually slow here and I just wanted to ensure if I am making the right choice. Is anyone aware about the month in which the promotions become effective in Deloitte, PwC and KPMG in Germany? Also do they have the promotion cycles mid-year or just annually?
