Curious, if you lost a lot of weight when you did it for a year and how old you are. I am in my late 50s and fasting 16 hours a day most days. Are you also cutting out alcohol? I’ve heard that makes a significant difference.
I did it for 4 years and felt great! And then stopped for a year and was eating the same amount of food and felt terrible and now I am back.
I am 33. Yes, I lost weight in a good way I was toned and strong and that while not changing any of my workout routine or diet. It’s amazing! I do 18-6 fasting most of the days and sometimes I throw a 24 hours here and there

IF is just a means of getting into a caloric deficit, but it comes with risks, especially if you are active. We’re wayyyy too hard on ourselves and our body image as of late, with all the pressure to be diced or be thin. The dysmorphia is real thick right now.
