My company blames my generation for not being able to hire everyday. “You guys don’t want to work” coming from some overweight, racist, old coaster. How do you handle remote teams being in different time zones? My friend got an offer from a startup company. In the salary structure they are showing 50% of the CTC as basic which is fine but in PF contribution it is showing 8.2% total contribution (Employee + Employer) instead of the standard 24%.
