I am curious, why are TikTok-like videos in the Glassdoor feed? Many of them seem like lifestyle videos, rather than anything useful for job hunters. These videos seem to be often from very young and inexperienced people, or any random topic that has no value to a professional. I understand some people are super confident and want to do something. But in this case this seems just noise. It seems like a clear example of Dunning–Kruger effect. People are super confident on what they don’t know.
