Advice - start small and build simple routines that you can keep. Think about diet. Start eating foods that are good for you that you like, but that are also healthy. Lean meats, boiled or baked vs grilled. For workouts, start with things that get your heart rate up that you enjoy. If you like seeing your neighborhood, think about walking or running. If you want to build strength, start with some basic strength building exercises (push ups, sit ups, squats, lunges, etc.).
Whatever you choose, it has to be fun for you otherwise you won’t stick with it.
I highly recommend breaking your jaw and having it wired shut for 6 weeks. Lost 35 pounds!

Diet > exercise. Bodies are sculpted in the kitchen
Yeah but exercise makes it a hell of a lot easier, especially strength training
Saytama. 100 pushups. 100 pullups. 100 crunches. 100 squats. 10KM of running. Hit that reguraly and test yourself to do more
The journey to 1000 muscle ups starts with a single push up

Try working out at 6 or 7 am. Theres a snowball effect where youll want to continue to be healthy throughout the day since you started so great. It requires hella discipline, but it’s worth it

Hence the name insanity haha. It works great though, even if I die at the end of every session.

I spin everyday! Sometimes 45min spin, sometimes 20 mins. 3 times a week i’ll do that + 15 mins of strength or if I’m too tired i’ll exchange it for some basics yoga. The challenging part is fixing my diet, so I downloaded the Lose It app and just track everything. I’m not following a strict low carb diet, but I am more conscious of what I’m consuming and at what times.
What’s been working for me, now that I no longer have a commute, is getting up and doing a 30 min YouTube workout before showering and starting work. Check out the Body Project... they have fantastic low impact cardio videos. Combine that with intermittent fasting (I skip breakfast and do lunch and dinner between 12 and 8), and I’ve been losing 1 - 1.5 pounds a week. My husband has lost even more. If you struggle with skipping breakfast, eat something at like 10 or 11 that keeps you under 50 calories (baby carrots, cup of tea, some almonds) and hydrate a lot.

Try chloe ting! Her programs are all free and the only thing I’ve been able to stick to. Go to her website and there’s many different “challenges” ranging from 2-8 weeks

It’s amazing! I’ve really enjoyed the 21df programs, 80 day obsession, core de force, LIIFT, shift shop, barre blend & transform 20. For quick leaning, consider transform 20
I was doing LIIFT and really enjoyed it as well. The program itself is only 4 days a week, so I’d just run or bike on the off days.

Running and diet, baby! Lots of fresh veggies and fruit with every meal, for snacks. Watermelon, cantaloupe, blueberries, frozen pineapple, bananas, apples. Big kale salads with roasted corn/red onion, one finely diced BBQ chicken strip and yogurt-based avocado cilantro dressing. Fiber supplements and glucomannan (Sp. ?) help me keep the hunger away a little. Fasting with coffee & pinches of salt on the days my will is very strong. Coffee suppresses appetite a tad as well. I believe in you! Let’s get sexy hello!

I liked Beachbody a lot. I think you can also join a group of about 30ish people via an app, you all post daily that you completed your workout. It helps keep you accountable. And I love the HIIT format. Worked well for me to work hard for 30 minutes and then I’m done for the day. Easy to fit into the morning.
I’m doing Sean T insanity max 30. It’s great for losing fat. I’m see progress as I’m on week 4. Like someone else said, look at the goal you want since I will need to do another program for muscle building

I have been working out with Beachbody programs for 5 years and I am very happy with the results! 21Day Fix, 21 Day Frix Extreme, Piyo and Chisel&Hammer are my favorites. I did Insanity once... it is insane...

Don’t support beachbody. They’re an MLM.
