I am current working as a senior consultant in big 4 in Canada. I am looking for moving to US, but I am not eligible for TN visa since I don't have a Canadian passport yet. I am looking at L1 visa which is for managers and executives. Is that the same case for management consultant industry as well? Anyone know if there are any exceptions for our industry?
