I am currently living in Europe and interviewing for a job in the US (very first step with a recruiter) however I am not able to travel there for some personal reasons. The first round is online but I’m not sure about the rest. Does Google require any on site interviews? Ps: I’m also not a US citizen but a GC holder.

I’m a newly graduate from a community college. My program of study was Health Information Technician. I passed my RHIT exam a month ago, and I’ve been applying to jobs in state, out of state, and remotely to only receive “sorry you were not selected email.”I don’t have experience and I know that’s the reason I’m not getting selected. I’ve applied for receptionist, medical biller/coordinator, and medical clerk. Even with inflation willing to work for minimum wage or less just to gain experience.
