Moving from T2 to McKinsey. How do vacation requests work? I have family and friends getting married this fall in weddings delayed because of covid, but I’ll just have started so wanted to get a sense of how realistic taking vacation this fall would be and how to approach taking it (e.g. mention to HR, staffing). All these weddings are blowing my mind and budget. I've had 5 weddings so far this year with several more to go by EoY. On top of that I've been asked to be in a lot of them which adds additional time commitment and cost. The cost of a bachelor party + shitty men's warehouse suit rental + travel and airbnb for the weekend + couple hundred bucks for wedding gift means I'm blowing tons of money for these weddings but I feel bad to say no.

1.Interviewer didn't ask any technical questions. I had only one interview.
2. Evening itself I got call that i was selected and ready to discuss salary.
3. Last year it was under IT raid because of pro particular political party
