I recently joined nagarro.... was on bench for almost a month as I was not getting project as per my skill set. Recently got one project as per my skillset and cleared client interview also.
But during the time, I was also looking outside for good opportunity, I have one with same package from a product based organization.
What should I do now ? If I resign , would Nagarro release me early or I will have to serve complete notice period?

You already have been promoted, your new title effective date is just 10/1. Advocate for yourself, put it on your resume and explain in phone screens.
Do background checks run for job titles? I suppose a reference check would?
People move after getting promoted all the time. Explain you aren’t being given enough of a challenge and you want a steeper growth trajectory.

I would relax for a month. It’s much easier to interview and not feel like you are being misleading.

I agree. I wouldn’t put manager until I’m being paid as a manager.
BTW… Your conversations are going to be interesting. I’m not sure how you work this into a conversation and make it sound positive on why your looking to make a change. Good luck!

It’s not misleading you’re just operating as a manger anyways. Put it on your resume and by the time bg check rolls around you’ll have the title to show for it.
