I am going to join IBM next month in Bangalore, as IBM has wfo for 3 days, could we work from the closest location to your stay and would the project run from a particular location and we are expected to work from that location alone.

We have a vaccine proof or (-) test policy for our office, we are mostly still remote. Is anyone dropping those requirements as our provincial governments also drop vac certificate regulations and other protections? My Redfin agent recently quit with one day notice to start his own firm. He was the one behind my deal and did a lot of work and help with negotiation. However Redfin called me and said they put their top regional lead on transaction which is set to close in 10 days. I’m conflicted with what to do.
