I wonder how some businesses are STILL thriving with trash poor customer support! In 2022 *sighs*

It certainly makes the job harder for the rest of us. When people expect they will be mistreated, they can be very snippy and rude.

I've always wondered that too. Like, doesn't it seem that customers would eventually notice when they receive continually poor service? Or is it just that they expect EVERYONE to have an awful customer care team?

It's my goal to help customers see their value. That way they won't keep going back to the same companies that aren't helpful to them, and it's really the only way to change the whole landscape of customer service.

My practice got super busy after the pandemic. I have had a waitlist and been incredibly busy. It’s been stressful, but I have been grateful for business & to be helping people through a crazy time.
