I am having 8 YOE with 42 LPA in India. My wife have 6+ YOE , She have h1 visa , workings in USA . Fully remote within USA and earns 85K USD. I can't work if I move to USA on H4. Do you recommend in this case.

1) Asking her to move to India ( she is fine with any location. She can get 30LPA in India)
2) Myself find a remote job, move to USA.

3) Take any support Job in USA

I started in my first SDR position in a small SaaS start up few months ago. I am the only SDR and their first ever.
The base salary is ok but I haven’t received any commission structure up to this day.
I book an average of 3-5 demos per week. People always show up, but the thing that worries me is that I do not have a way to track how many meetings I book in our CRM,and to be honest I feel like I didn’t get the best training overall. Should I start looking somewhere else? Thoughts?

While applying for visa my company quoted 80K as compensation. Now they want to reduce it to 75K.
