I am having an offer from wipro with a good hike and already resigned from deloitte. In the mean time, erricson HR reached out to me and asked if i am interested for erricson or not. I said yes but then Manager had a word HR and HR said no on the face as they cant give hike more than what i am getting in wipro. What should i do now? Shall i go for wipro or try contacting Erricson HR.

I’m in-house at a small company (60 people), started right out of law school about 5 years ago. We had a legal team of 5 then. Everyone has left and we just hired a new GC. I went from $70k to $100k a little over a year ago. I am expecting an offer from a firm doing business law work but think this might be an opportunity to go to my current employer and ask for a significant raise, with new offer in hand.
