Questions about job hopping-
My average tenure at a company is ~1.5 years (with ~11 YOE), but each jump I've made has yielded progressive/tangible career growth.

Upon passing, the partner told me they would hire an assistant for me since I now became an associate. Deloitte USI is offering me 15LPA fixed and 1lack joining bonus and HCL offering me 23LPA fixed. I've tried to negotiate with deloitte but they are not ready to negotiate and asking me to join on the same CTC which was initially provided. I'm confused to select the company. Hi All ,My skillset is sap ewm functional .I mostly see openings in service based companies .Compensation offered compared to other skills like Java, big data ,python etc is very low.For instance for a 10 yoe the maximum budget is 28lpa offered by a big4 ,typical service based companies offer even lesser .
