Do any of you work in a different country than your company is based? I would love to eventually work internationally (based in the USA), ideally remote, but I’m not sure how realistic it is for most people

Also unfortunately I don’t code so a programming jobs are out of the question, and I know many of those jobs are easily worked remote/internationally

Does anyone know whether there’s a red tape type reason an associate couldn’t transition to fully remote in another state? I work in New York office but team based in Charlotte office so already technically remote but considering a move to a state where we don’t have an office.
