I am not still sure of how I feel about shadowing in healthcare generally, there are times that I feel it is actually a great way for people to see what they are signing up for and on other times I feel that it is a subtle way for people to say yes because they had actually invested so much time on the job. Has shadowing ever changed your mind about a role? Recruiters, what's your honest take on shadowing?
