I am on freepool/bench since last 40 days, and I got a mail stating my last date of bench period. Now since I got a better oppurtunity outside I applied for employee separation but the HR is asking me to serve the notice periord for another 90 days.
Where they re not ready to give a project and also not letting me out!
What can I do about this, this is concerning and it might make me loose my better opportunity.
Is there anything that I can do about this?

Today I messed up doing a delivery. The client was expecting the supplies at 3pm in the warehouse, however, there was an accident on the highway and traffic was insane. It slipped my mind to let them know about the delay. Now, they believe it was me being irresponsible and are threatening to fire me for not reporting on time and possible losing them a client. What can I do to fix the situation?

One query, I have received an offer letter from Wipro (Career Group: C1) with package of 28 LPA, out of which INR 420000 is allocated as 'Variable Pay' which will be paid on quarterly basis'. Need to know how much % would generally be paid out? Is it 100% or less as per the individual/organization performance.
