You need an Audi or Porsche to fit in as a manager? Are you going to drive the partners to lunch/dinner/meeting so you can impress them (the whole point of owning one)? Will you pay it fully in cash? If you finance it then it is not really that impressive. Also how much do you make because 120-130k is nothing nowadays to impress people tbh. I drove an Audi right out of college and worked for a big 4 and nobody said a thing.
Drive what you want. Trying to spend to impress people will only hurt you in the long run. They dont remember you when you leave the minute after.
How is that fitting in? My EYoffice managing my partner drives a 15-year-old Ford Explorer with cloth seat seats. Everyone in my office except one person has a “fancier” car than the office managing partner. The only reason that one person doesn’t have a fancier car than the OMP is because he ripped out all the backseats so that his dogs have space.

I suggest a Camry. You won’t have time to drive it anyway since you’ll be working 80 hours per week.
I have never worked 80 hours
Get a balloon... Since you high as a kite 🪁
When I was at B4, the senior manager I worked for drove a 15 year old Toyota
Porsche 911 GT3 RS or nothing.
I didn't know that tax employees made THAT much money!
My MD is still driving old toyota car and living in a $200k house….
Why not a Bentley?
Hit me up if you need a chauffeur papi
Buy a preowned Lexus for $35k
Keeping up with the Joneses is rough
Is this for real?
OP is probably trolling. How many entry level grunts think they're going to be buying a Porsche because they got hired in tax by one of the big 4? It might be possible if one still had free room and board in their parents' basement and a side gig selling the product everyone wants.
Make sure you got the rollie on too
My tax partner at National Firm drove a Honda Accord Hybrid...
Not buying a car just to impress people. Sounds dumb.
What?
You're buying a car to help you fit in? I hope this is a joke because I wouldn't be buying a luxury car in hopes of fitting in.
Porsche 918 Spyder or Carrera GT
I depends on whether you can to be seen as someone trying to fit in, or someone who is practical and dependable. Go for the Audi.
Warren Buffett drives a 2014 Cadillac and prior he was in a 2011 Camry.
Audi PB18 etron
If you want to fit in, just bitch about how much you have to work
Porsche would be the better option, according to me.
