I am unemployed as an executive level manager in F & B. I have applied for 200+ jobs since JAN. Very few responses and interviews. I have gotten great feedback from phone interviews with both HR and recruiters, then nothing. I follow up with them and still hear nothing. I have a feeling that my former employer may be giving out negative information (one instance for sure). I feel like a victim of agism, as I am senior level executive. Any advise on moving forward?
