CTC- 11.76 L (Fixed) + variable
Skills- SQL, Alteryx, Python, Powerbi, Cloud
I am got an offer in BCG (knowledge analyst in Gamma Team) at CTC- 14.14 L (Fixed) + variable (0-16%)

I am confused whether to take the offer or not on a lot of fronts including the salary. Please advise or share your opinions.
