I am working as a Product manager in a fleet management startup and want to make a switch. I have total 5.5 years of experience of which 3.5 years have been post MBA and in roles of product owner/Manager. Currently, I have fixed 29LPA and looking for a switch. I seek 42LPA while talking to recruiters but have not been getting interview calls. I don't want to switch unless I get at least 40 fixed. Reason of switch: domain change(e comm or Healthcare). I am not sure if u should attend the interview or not at GDS.
When I shared this scenario with my EY IN HR, she said please don't attend it may create conflict and you may also get blacklisted.

EY GDS HR is like, you can attend the interview, there's no problem at all. We don't have such a policy. Please suggest what decision I should make.
