I am working in an MNC as a product guy focussing on projects in enterprise risk. Before this I worked in a fintech and a Indian Bank in product and strategy.

I am feeling low on motivation these days even though the team, work , wlb everything is fine.Don’t know how to define the feeling but my work’s output are impacting people in another country with whom I have no connect.

I think time to move back to an Indian Organization who works for Indian financial services consumers.

I know I'm in the minority here (and I swear this isn't a brag) but is anyone else less stressed this busy season working from home, and finding issues focusing because of it? My work is getting done, but just very very slowly. I'm able to sleep throughout the night and not wake up early (which is a huge negative right now) and literally feel no need to stay glued to my computer as in prior years. Am I broken?

Getting paid 85k base with 40k in bonus plus about 35k~ in OT.

Money isn’t everything but in my late 20s it feels like the only thing important right now.

WLB is next to zero as 60hr weeks are the minimum as of late. Management feels like they are trying to push a few of us out. Was told not to expect much come year end for comp. Any suggestions on finding a new role/pay expectations?

Follow up post to my last post…My husband was laid off from the company where I also work. I am feeling really isolated / depressed about working and moving forward.
