Trigger: rare illness post birth

Just sharing that I was diagnosed with postpartum preeclampsia 3 days after giving birth despite not having risk factors or preeclampsia in my pregnancy. Sharing as I had absolutely no idea about this illness.

Main things to do are check your BP everyday at least the first ten days after you give birth, and go to hospital if it's very high (over 160/110). If you get severe headache or stomach ache then also be vigilant.

Here is my current cocktail: Caffeine 400mg (200 when I wake up then another 200 when I go to the gym 30 minutes later), Modafinil 150, Bupropian XL 150. I used to take adderall but it made me crazy for lack of a better word. Looking to add a stimulant for focus. Suggestions? Currently deciding between Ritalin and Vyvanse. I had my Walmart interview today and it went really well. And guess what? I got a rejection email.
I felt dizziness while working and fell down today.
I had to go to the doctor due to the anxiety and stress I was carrying since the last 2 months. It has affected my health.

It's important to push yourself to achieve your goals, but don't forget to "Live" in the process.

Any suggestions for self help books on anxiety? Been dealing with anxiety for quite some time now and have been seeing a therapist but also just want to see what other resources are out there.

If our mental health is not good at the moment, how do we convey it to the team? Most of the folks in my team take such things lightly and I feel weird to let them know about it. So I just have to lie and put a sick leave.

Recently I have been looking for a job switch. I have recieved an offer from a startup company whose client is hpe. HR round was taken by a HPE manager too. They told they have 25-30 employees in hpe. They have other clients like Deloitte, PWC .
He told after 6-8 months of performance I can be in direct payroll with HPE.
So is it a good idea to join ?
Or shall I look for other jobs ? Please help ..
