I am working in IBM as an SAP SD consultant with 5 years 4 months experience. My current CTC is 14.4 lpa. I have 2 offers:

Genpact: 25 lpa fixed + 1 lpa variable + 3 lakhs joining bonus
Capgemini: 26.5 lpa fixed + 1 lakh joining bonus

Which one should I join?

Current CTC 20 fixed. YoE 11.
An offer HSBC is in pipeline ( 28 fixed as per Recruitment consultant). Position offered is Senior consultant specialist.
However I know that there is scope of pushing the offer till 36. Any inputs on getting the offer to desired figure would be helpful.

I am currently working on SAP CPI,PIPO,CPI-DS (basically Integration as a whole) development (also attend Support issues regularly) with experience of around 1 year. My leads are quite happy with my works.

For career growth, what shall be my ideal path ahead?
1. Only concentrate on Integration
2. Continue Integration for some years, then switch to Functional modules (in this case, after how many years should I ideally switch)
