I am working in synechron and client is UBS.

I had recently given interviews at UBS directly from outside. Interviews is cleared and submitted docs but now HR is saying it's taking bit more time or delaying taking all approvals to release offer letter.

Can anyone please suggest something or has anyone gone through same process?

I am trying to get into PWC. here are a few things I have heard so far. Is this fairly accurate?

1. PwC AC is offshore counterpart of PwC US. Good salary. No travel opportunities. Average yearly hike ~10% Mostly technical work.
2 PwC India is a pure consulting firm. Salary better than PwC AC. client facing work. Can grow as a management consultant. Great Travel opportunities.
