I am working in the field of ESG and climate change for quite some time, and now I want to switch to another firm. Currently I have cleared interviews with Genpact and Kearney.

The role at Genpact is of a senior consultant and Kearney the position is of senior analyst. Kearney was offering significantly higher salary then Genpact. However, Genpact is now pushing me to join them and has decided to match Kearney's offer.

Any suggestion or insights would be of great help.

Please advice which company would have a good growth story and work life balance....

I currently work as an APM at a FAANG company but recently received an offer to join an MBB. I’m very excited about the role but didn’t realize I’d need to take a pay cut when I applied (~100k base + ~20k bonus + ~60k equity vs. 90k base + 10-20k bonus).
