What’s the likelihood that they will actually consider going back and looking at my resume again? Just wondering if companies actually mean this when they say it. I haven’t come across this often.

Hello Fishes, I interviewed at a company in October and they responded to me after a month. I accepted the verbal offer last week Wednesday. They said they would give written offer in a week. I have recruiters from the same company reach out for positions at different locations. My current recruiter said once I accept this I can't interview for other positions at the same company.
