I applied for Bain back in December. Got an email shortly after I took the test that I'd hear back with an update on whether I'd have an interview in early to mid February. Never heard anything. Is ghosting normal for Bain? I'm really surprised. Should I try to reach out to a recruiter there to try to see if I'm still in the pipeline?

I have around 2yoe and had resigned last month, i cleared all interviews of one company and the hr actually have me a number less tha my current base, all bonus would be dropped. Out of that only 117 have been viewed that’s 6% viewed! the hiring process is completely broken, human resources, managers, and hiring managers are not capable! The same jobs open for 2 1/2 yrs reposting salaries after interviewing 100 then cutting the salary by up to $50k They say can’t find people but they fire you in 90 days when your working 80 hours a week or people are walking!
