I applied to the senior incident response consultant role and got a call from the recruiter. I have 2 yrs consulting experience (both public and private) but mostly tier 1 support and this sounds more like tier 2/3. Could someone offer some insight into their experience in this role with AFS?

Hi ! I have gotten an offer via email for what I believe is level 9 data visualization specialist in the dc area. I have a masters and 3.5 years of consulting experience. I’ve gotten an initial offer and trying to get some context on what the range is for this and whether I should push for more or accept. I just had the initial call with HR. I was told that Senior Analysts start at 56k and Business Operations Specialists start at 67k. I was told the next step was Junior Manager but they rarely started anyone at that level. I'm shocked. Is that accurate or are they trying to lower my expectations?
