I asked about pay during an interview and could feel the tone shift immediately. Like I said something wrong. Are we still pretending salary isn’t the whole reason we’re here?

Any advice on renegotiating my salary? I’m a compounding pharmacist and i also float to other stores while also being solely responsible for the compounding pharmacy. I perform MTMs for 6 or so stores and am now a being asked to other projects. I originally signed on to only do compounding and occasionally fill in at other stores when needed.
