I bombed a case interview and it lost me a job with a company I’m very interested in. To be fair, I didn’t much prep. I’ve done a couple case interviews and been fine in the past, but I for whatever reason I just blanked and couldn’t think. Recruiter offered to connect and give me feedback, but since has disappeared. I know it was the case. I’ve since done hours upon hours of reading and feel like I’m better prepared for the case. How long should I wait before going back and reapplying?

What can I expect from a recruiter call tomorrow? Anybody know the lengths I need to prepare?

When a recruiter asks you, in the middle of a screening, how long it would take you to start before being given an offer, what's a reasonable timeframe?
I want time to 1) get and compare with other ops, 2) time to give notice to my team, and 3) a bit of vacation time in between jobs. But I don't want to be ridiculous.

Hey folks, need some help. I cleared all my interview rounds and had completed the documentation too. However for more than two weeks the status on the portal is "offer initiated". The HR says the delay is happening because the people who need to approve are on leave. Are they playing around or keeping on hold? Do they actually release offer after this much delay? One of my friend (2023 graduate) interviewed for the role of product analyst at Flipkart. She is claiming that she got an offer with 25 LPA as the base salary. Can this be true?

Does anyone have a similar experience? I interviewed with recruiters from two of "Big 4". Both interviews went well, and I was told the recruiters will submit my resume to the partners and senior managers for the next interviews. 3 weeks later, I received the rejection letters without the next interview. I wonder why the partners even not bothered to interview me. If it matters, I am a CPA with 3 years non-PA experience and applied for experienced associate positions. I appreciate any insights.

Had a first round interview scheduled for a large CPG brand. My interviewer never called me, and I emailed following up to confirm the call. It’s been over a day and no response. What is going on with recruiters? I tried giving them the benefit of the doubt, but not even an email back saying “something came up” or “we’ve moved on” ?
