I cannot fathom how the VA has a perfectly good app and messaging service, yet continue to waste both their and our time calling at random times throughout the day (expecting us to drop everything) to schedule all appts. If I don’t pickup I have to call back whatever ext and maybe catch someone. Why? Why? Why?

I am a Certified Pharmacy Technician, with 21 years of experience. I work at an independent pharmacy outside of Charlotte, NC. I make $18.75 an hour and had to fight/beg for that. I do not feel that I am being paid near enough for the work I do. I am wondering what others in the area make, so I can go back to my boss and ask for more.
