I cleared all rounds for the BTSA role, and last Monday the HR asked for my details and documents for the offer process. I submitted everything, but there has been no update or response to my follow-up emails. As a fresher, there was no salary negotiation. Has anyone faced a similar delay? Does it indicate rejection, or is it part of the process? Also, what’s the usual salary for the BTSA role?. (Plz help. Me out :/)
