I completed both technical rounds at LTI Mindtree, where the technical manager confirmed my selection. HR scheduled a follow-up round to discuss the package but later canceled it. Shortly after, my application status changed to "Rejected," leaving me confused since everything had gone well. I reached out to HR for clarification, but they didn’t have any answers. Has anyone else experienced this kind of situation with LTI Mindtree? Any insights would be appreciated!
