Well HR works for the partnership but I’ve seen more than a handful of people lose their jobs over this, and rightfully so. This unfortunately isn’t unique to any company or industry.

I was on this app before I became a Principal, when I became a Principal and now in a Senior Director role.
Understanding vocal employee sentiment in an echo chamber is still good to keep a pulse on.
As for bonus, having had to meet with people to tell them they have been laid off, I certainly can see why firms are holding as they see how the market shakes out.
