I left my last company because I was never assigned any work to do and spent most of my day staring at the walls in my room, averaged 5-6 hours of work a week. I’ve been in my new role for about 6 months and no matter how much I offer to help I am still assigned very little actual work and average a few hours a week. First world problems I know but I just want to learn and grow professionally!

Although the market is open and lot of lateral hiring is going on.. Can see that 10+ years experience professionals in SAP FICO domian are not getting much calls & invites from the companies..

I’m a first-time prospective lateral likely to get an offer shortly. I just received a lateral questionnaire that requests billable hours, rates, fees collected, etc. for the last three years. Forgive my ignorance but is this normal/standard? Do people actually answer these honestly? One of the reasons I’m leaving my firm is there isn’t enough work in my group so of course my hours are low.
