Is the work culture at Salesforce banglore good even for contract workers. How is the pressure and risk? are contract employees treated well too?

Sir, I am new to genai, langchain, streamlit learning how to build projects. So, in that python code I am getting pickle thread.lock type error and vector embeddings problem. How to solve this problem in my main code?
Go for IBM, role looks really good and kindly do not go to EXL lots of bad reviews in ambition box and glassdoor.
If you don't hold other better offers, my advice is to go with IBM and continue to stay in Kolkata. 2-3 lacs more just to change cities doesn't seem worthy.
Wells Fargo is good but sadly isn't paying enough.

It's IBM Consulting. Can be compared to TCS, Infy, Wipro, HCL. IBM consulting HR is over smart. If Your current CTC is 30 lpa they will first remove variable pay. Then they will offer 30-40 % based on interview.
So for the above example with 30 lpa cctc, if fixed pay is 27 lpa, then they will offer 35 to 38. Now coming to the variable pay part, they call it profit share or gdp(growth driven profit) . They provide 3-5% of your base pay as gdp. So please be aware of this scam. Please think multiple times if you want to change organization for 35-38 lpa from 30 lpa. lets say you get 29 even if you do not get full variable pay. You will loose your current year hike, 90% chance of not getting hike in coming year in IBM consulting as you got hike. So as per my recommendation there is no point to join IBM consulting.

IBM Kolkata, you'd save more as cost of living is lower than other places so you'd save more. It may not be as professional an environment as Blr/Hyd etc but still a better deal than other places.

I mean it’s upto you ! Kolkata role looks good and you can save a ton of money there, not sure about work culture. Personally I would take the bangalore role as along with salary, Bangalore offers a lot more in terms of things to do, plus opportunities while switching but it’s way more expensive than Kolkata. Don’t take Wells Fargo
