Most pathetic interview process company is Accenture. If you login in candidate Portal you will see blank page which say select job which you want to apply. If you applied and if you check in portal still black page showing and you have to logout 😄. Interviewer also not interested to conduct interview. And one more catch is this, if you apply again then it will say you already applied please cancel it but there is no option for cancellation 😄... It means only referral can have option to join Accenture
After referral also it says, your application already exists in database...

Whichever you choose.. Don't go with EXL. Even if they give WFH but life would be without balance. Office timing starts at 12:00 PM till 10 PM, and their WFH agreement legalizes that. So buddy if you value your time and family life , discard EXL.

IBM is paying only 36 LPA for Senior manager? Seriously? Such a shame to @ibm Please try more. SSE or Tech lead are getting 40 LPA from all the companies.
36 lpa menans less than 45k$ which is quite underpaid for Senior manager.

Go for IBM since it is in Kolkata and you'll be earning way more than the median salary for your experience. Just make sure you take a note of the following things:
1. Ask before joining whether you're already being mapped to a project or if you have to give interviews afterwards. Since IBM bills its clients very high, just try as much as possible from your side to make sure you don't end up on bench.
2. 36 lpa is higher than the median salary for 7B band. You'll probably not be getting any hike for a couple of years at least because of the same. I hope you're okay with that.
Go for IBM..36 Fixed is a good package in Kolkata. If u want to relocate to other city try for 45+..May I know ur tech Skill?

Definitely IBM. other than work u will got number of oppotunities, like WFH (based on proj), health insurance is awesome, in Kolkata evening cab facility, most importantly job securioty and less pressure in office. I worked for IBM from Kolkata, and the best experience.
One more important thing, outside India your resume will get a boost with the name of "IBM", take my work, I got this benefit.
