I have offer from Nagarro for 32 LPA(1.6 variable) and another from Turing of 34 LPA (2.5 Variable) I don't want to Join Turing, but can I negotiate with Nagarro based on Turing offer to increase my package? Or is it too risky since I don't have any other offer. What are chances if negotiation fails they(Nagarro) resind the offer?

New opportunity sounds challenging, but that isn’t always a bad thing. Over 20% bump in base pay, what about bonus? Do you get a better title? Would this new job open up more doors than your current job?
No bonus was mentioned in the interview, even during the interview I was thinking if they are so busy, and have so many people in their teams. Why is the process not streamlined, also having clients abroad complicates things a bit. As for title, I had it previously in another position, before my current one, it’s just a bit more polished.
Would you accept the 94K position? Or continue the job search, while working the current job. Also they mentioned 9hr work days possible if there is lots to do.
You could use the offer for a retention bonus but you will need to play your cards right. If your current job does not involve all that work, you cannot expect the same bump. If you don't play it right and they do not offer a retention bonus, you now know they don't think much of your work and they know you are looking. They could try to replace you first.
Just becareful. If you want a raise and it has been more than 6 mos, then ask for one. It comes across better than presenting an ultimatum.
94k job seems like a nightmare and personally I wouldn't renege, but I'm sure you'll have your reasons why you would want one opportunity vs. another. Wishing you the best with your next opportunity!
Yeah, there are 200 people in all the teams overall, and it seems the senior members want newbies and juniors to take more of the work load. Another tidbit is they have like other companies the whole Friday off option ideally, while working longer in other days. Except Friday work would still need to be taken care of, and tasks sent by the clients. Guess who would be pressured to work Fridays while they would be off… that’s why I’m hesitant.
I have all of those responsibilities and only make 82k lol and I work usually 50 hours a week in a HCOL area
Same but with Bonus
Do you work at CGI by chance lol
Okay actually rereading the post and seeing other peoples’ comments it does seem more labor intensive lol. I guess it comes down to if you really think that pay bump is worth it to you. Your job sounds pretty chill as it is and if you’re happy where you’re at, I think you should stay. But if you’re open to a new challenge and think you can grow there, i’d take a chance on it. But seeing how you’ve been in your current/previous positions for only a little <2 years, i’d consider that too
Rising Star
If offered, you should take it. Yeah you might be cruising at work right now, but if you want that salary to grow, whether you like it not, the work load is going to increase no matter where you go. Jumping from 77k to 94k is pretty f-ing good. Additionally, you don’t have to stay at the 94k position too long. Get your reps and experience in, then dip for even HIGHER pay. Depending on your career goals, this job not only allows you to develop new skills, but also gives you the chance to increase the current rate at which your salary will grow. Again, all depends on your goals. If you like your company and feel comfortable, it’s okay to stay and/or continue your job search. Just think about the priorities you have and whether this job benefits them
How about levering that offer by negotiating with your current employer to get a raise?
That j.d. involves doing your job, training and being "on call". There does not appear to be a work-life balance and they are using you to do jobs that usually call for 2-3 people to do with little pay. I would not take it, as expectations would become unrealistic. They are already expecting you to work 45 hours per week, minimum, and I bet there is no O.T.
If you do decide to take it you will need to level set expectations.
Best wishes!
