I did pretty well in Sopra Steria job interview for .NET Architect. It happened Thursday morning, but haven't got any feedback yet, even after sending mail on Friday. So should I accept the fact that something didn't click and move on, or do they take some time for processing?

On interview days, do you take adderall / concerta? I’m nervous that it can make me seem more robotic / less personable during cases etc.

I had a HR Discussion after clearing 2 HCL rounds and 2 client interviews . HR is not considering moving above 40% hike no matter whatever I say to justify, the Discussion was like talking to a wall . Any suggestions to get another 10-15% more (first offer)? Will HR reject me stating this reason in HCL ?? FYI- Client and the project team wants to take him in as per their feedback to me and I feel i am the right person for the role too .. 9 years exp -Infra storage domain .

Had a first round interview scheduled for a large CPG brand. My interviewer never called me, and I emailed following up to confirm the call. It’s been over a day and no response. What is going on with recruiters? I tried giving them the benefit of the doubt, but not even an email back saying “something came up” or “we’ve moved on” ? I’ve got about 20 years cross channel experience in marketing, split between big brands and startups, and I’m considering pivoting into a data science/data analyst role. I know it will initially be a step back in comp but is it at all realistic for a person with certificate level experience in data analysis but a decent marketing management background to expect $150-200k comp or is that mostly for degreed candidates (or not realistic at all)? What percentage will be variable in this and Net Take Home.

Where is the problem ?

Companies lowball and keep employees with nearly 10% hike.
Same company will hire a new employee with 40-60% or more hike.

To me it appears like companiss themselves are forcing ppl to switch and not to stay.

Also comment on what do you think will happen in future? Will it be same ever coz I don't see any ends.
